The collaboration between Board Matters and Nasdaq Governance Solutions will create a master suite of tools tailored to an Australian market combined with specialist governance advisory services for those already using these tools within Australia. This helps combine world-leading technology with on-the-ground experience and support from one of Australia’s leading board governance and strategy specialist firms with a 20 year history of experience in the Australian governance advisory market.
Corporate governance technology aims to increase efficiencies and bolstered collaboration for boards of directors, corporate secretaries, and leadership teams. Nasdaq Boardvantage has been designed with an intuitive interface and multiple layers of security to help board members and leadership teams with options to elevate their governance and easily access meeting information.
